Exercise Techniques with Greek Seniors

Belmore United Football Club Shares Exercise Techniques with Greek Seniors

George Lazarou the Technical Director of the Belmore United Football Club facilitated an exercise program with the members of the GOC Greek Mature Aged Group during their picnic in the park in Dolls Point.  Group members enjoyed learning appropriate relaxed exercise techniques and the correct use of exercise equipment.  All equipment used on the day was purchased with the assistance of Rockdale Council.
